1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within one day of your order, and then take up to 2 to 7 days to reach your doorstep within India. For International customers it can take more than 14 days to reach. Same is also mentioned at the bottom of each page

 

2. What's your return policy?

Sorry but we do not offer return, we can offer exchange only. Unused items can be exchanged within 2 days of delivery, please send us pictures of item and reason for exchange at info@firstlittlesmile.com or WhatsApp at 918929702720. Once approved then please send unused items to our warehouse. We will inspect it for unused condition and mishandling and dispach new item within 2 days.

 

3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the specified time frame. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, please let the courier company know about it and return the parcel to them. Cancellations are not possible in case of International orders

 

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a replacement of the same item. 

 

5. Do you offer exchanges?
