Sorry but we do not do any refunds, its exchange only.
All the products go through an intensive layer of checks before they are dispatched.
Our policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since your receipt of items, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from exchange. Personal use goods such as underwear, swimming suits, kickers, etc, special occasion item like birthday crowns cannot be exchanged. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other than that its quite simple exchange, just let us know the reason for the exchange share some pictures of the issue on our email info@firstlittlesmile.com or on WhatsApp at 918929702720 and once confirmed then please send the item back to our warehouse in original packaging and unused condition.
We will review and check the items for any use or mishandle and then issue your exchange. Once item is received by us it will take 2 to 3 days for us to process and send new item to you
Make sure you send the invoice along with the product so that the product can be traced back to your order.
No exchanges will be provided in case the products are used or in non-saleable condition. All tags and labels need to be intact. Exchange is done once only, no multiple exchanges.
Please make sure to take unboxing video of your parcel to ensure proper settlement of any issues.
